How to Apply

Grant Guidelines

Grant requests can be for programs, general support, or a capital project.

The following are the areas of primary interest of the Foundation. Unless the request is within one of the following areas it is unlikely that it will receive funding:

  1. Jewish community in Miami, including social services.
  2. Jewish informal education and identity in Miami.
  3. Israel Experience programs.
  4. Jewish pluralistic education in Israel.
  5. Children at risk in Israel.
  6. Children and adults with disabilities in Israel.
  7. Social services in Israel.
  8. Higher education in Israel.
  9. Jewish news and media.
  10. Hillel student centers at Universities in Florida.
  11. Holocaust education and tolerance programs.
  12. Israel advocacy and Zionist initiatives.

Applications

Each year in May the Robert Russell Memorial Foundation approves grants to Section 501(c)(3) organizations for its fiscal year beginning September 1st.

The deadline for submission of all applications for grants is March 31st.
